PTO at Mt. Fuji

from $700.00

Not all of my shots are interpretive hero shots requiring a tripod. Sometimes I just like to be a fly on the wall as I wander through this world with no direction but never lost. This image was taken on a morning stroll along the shores of Lake Kawaguchi after shooting some sunrise shots of the mountain. The crisp cool autumn air was an invigorating accomplice as I relaxed and play tourist for a bit, visiting shops along the shores, sampling Sakura flavored ice cream and blueberry chocolate bars.

Set against the serene backdrop of a calm Lake Kawaguchi reflecting the snow-capped peak of Mount Fuji, this image showcases a group of adventurers ready to embrace the beauty of nature. I stumbled upon a group of locals taking lessons in canoeing, or so I imagine based on my very basic fluency in Japanese and average body language skills. The instructor was a sparkplug of energy and he finished his lesson by tossing his paddle to signal that it was time to learn by doing.

Perfect for lovers of Japanese landscapes, outdoor activities, and the majestic presence of Mount Fuji, this art print brings a sense of excitement and serenity into your space
