Frequently Asked Questions

Thank you for visiting my humble little shop.

I am relatively new to the print shop game at this scale, so please bear with me as the site goes through its initial growing pains. Please feel free to make regular visits as my inventory of images will likely expand over the next few months.

How does it work?

All prints are made to order, so please allow for 5-7 days for shipment. Rest assured that no print will sniff a UPS label unless it is perfect. Prints are shipped unframed in protected cardboard tubes.

Unless otherwise requested, all paper prints will come with a 3-inch border.

What are your prints printed on?

All prints are printed on archival, matte museum-quality paper made by Hahnemuel (Matted Fine art smooth). This is a matted, timeless paper with excellent color reproduction. I can make arrangements for a specific paper or consult with you based on how/where your prints will hang. I will also offer other paper options such as Fujiflex Crystal, which has a punchy, glossy “wet” look. Or textured options as well.

There will also be options for other surfaces such as acrylic and metal/ no frame hanging options. They’ll be updated in the images soon, but in the meantime, feel free to reach out and I can make it happen. Certain images will be offered in specific types of aluminum such as silver or gold if I feel the presentation will benefit from it.

Paper prints are executed with a Giclée printing process. This involves fade-resistant archival inks (ink specifically designed to be resistant to weathering and fading) that are printed on archival substrates (long-lasting, high-quality photo paper). The result is far from what you expect from your typical office printer. Giclee prints use top-of-the-line ink and paper that leave vivid, detailed impressions that will last a lifetime in the proper setting

Do you offer custom sizing?

My prints are sized to their aspect ratios to preserve the compositions as intended by my eye. The sizes offered per image are curated for what I think each image would look best. Some are just meant to be large and in charge.

I can work with you to offer larger/ smaller sizes at certain aspect ratios, and if you have a very specific or unorthodox size in mind, can look into altering, cropping or manipulating an image to fit it. I’d have to see if it would be possible without compromising the image too much.

How is the quality of my print?

All images are shot on extremely high-resolution cameras meant to be printed big. If I am offering it at a specific size, it’s because I know it’s going to look awesome. In some cases image enhancing/ resizing tools are implemented to get the premium results.

Are all your prints limited edition?

Much of the work I produce is a limited collection. Some have already been commissioned by private clients as pieces of “fine art” and thus require a certain level of scarcity. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Most of the images will be offered in unlimited quantities at smaller print sizes but larger sizes will be restricted. A few will be limited throughout the range and have a smaller spectrum of available print sizes. The intention is for your benefit: to give you the peace of mind that you’re getting something unique and personal.

Do you do custom commissions?

Yes. My work is a compilation of the last decade of my life traversing the country and the globe, driven by nothing but pure passion to interpret the world with my camera. If there is a specific place or idea you want to capture with my photographic eye, I am open to custom requests.

If you need my talents for commercial/ business/ marketing purposes you can visit my main Architectural photography website for more information on that front. Or reach out to me directly.

Do you offer framing options?

Prints will ship unframed in protected tubes by default. However, if you need assistance with framing, I can consult with my print lab and arrange for framing on your behalf. Prices will reflect the scope and scale.

Do you sign the prints?

My print lab is local, so yes, if requested I can stop by and sign the prints. All limited edition prints will come with a certificate of authenticity containing the print’s title, edition number, and an e-signature.

What if my print arrives damaged? Do you offer refunds?

In the unlikely event that a print is damaged during shipping, please document it and send me the photos and I will arrange for a replacement shipped at no extra charge.
